Engraving/Foil Stamping: Php 60/letter, Php 100/name *maximum of 7 letters
Sublimation: Php 50/ initial or a name (stock designs), Php 150 for new design or custom made

How do I pay for my orders?
Payment can be made via bank desposit or transfer (BPI/Chinabank), or via Paypal credit/debit cards.
How do I track my orders and how long does it take for it to be dispatched?
For personalized items your order will be processed 2-3 working days and ready items will be processed 1 working day from the date we received your proof of payment. You will be given instructions via email/mobile.
Can i cancel my order?
Once the order has been paid for, it cannot be cancelled.

We deliver items via LBC. Shipping within Metro Manila takes 1-2 business days. Shipping outside Metro Manila can take 2-3 working days.
For SAME DAY DELIVERY, we use Grab/Lalamove. (Pinned from Valle Verde 2 Pasig or Bel-Air Makati). You can choose your preferred delivery option upon checkout.

For INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT, We use Fedex/TNT as courier. Shipping fee depends on your location and quantity of items. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Atmosphere Manila does not accept refunds specially for personalized items. We make sure our items undergo quality assurance for your complete satisfaction.
If your parcel is damaged or faulty i some way email us immediately at email@example.com. Please retain all packaging materials. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately within 3 days of receipt of your order. Atmosphere Manila will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
